Nope.
I suppose I should clarify for those of you in the lower 48.
In Alaska, smoking fresh salmon is an art and a matter of pride. As a newbie, my first couple of batches didn't turn out so well, so I was pretty elated to get it right finally.
So good... going to make some more today.
Why isn't it "the lower 49" since Hawaii is also lower than Alaska? Do you not include it because it is disconnected from the mainland?
You've been mighty quiet lately, hope the kids are well and still in school.
