In defending the University of Wisconsin-Madison's high drop out rate for minority students, Chancellor John Willey says:
Wiley countered that most minorities leave school of their accord. Sometimes they drink too much, he said. Sometimes their morale plummets as they try to maneuver on a mostly white campus.Of course it has nothing to do with their "holistic" approach to college admissions.
